The Medical Bureau of Pittsburgh is a members-based organization. That means your doctor, dentist, or specialist must be a participating member who allows patients to finance with us. Not sure if your doctor is a member? Simply call and ask if he or she uses the Medical Bureau for patient financing.
We offer short-term, interest-free loans for qualified applicants. To qualify, you must have sufficient income to pay back the loan along with good and established credit. If you meet the criteria, the application is taken over the phone. Feel free to call the office at

Once you submit your telephone application, we will collect your electronic signature the same day. This allows us to take a look at your credit and review your application. Upon approval, we will pay your doctor and you can submit your payment to us in monthly installments.
